Terms of Service

EaglercraftServers(the “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent directory and public archive for discovering community-run Eaglercraft servers. By visiting the Service, listing a server, creating an account, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

EaglercraftServers is an independent, informational directory and public archive of server addresses and related details submitted by the community. Our role is to document servers and help people find them, not to run them.

We do not host, operate, or control any game, and no game runs on our infrastructure. We do not distribute, store, or control any game client or game code, and we do not provide the Eaglercraft software itself. What we publish is information: server addresses, owner-provided descriptions, version and gamemode tags, and automatically measured status such as whether a server is online and its current player count. Connecting to and playing on any listed server happens entirely between you and that independent server, on infrastructure we neither own nor control.

EaglercraftServers is an independent, community-run project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Mojang, Microsoft, Minecraft, or any of their owners, affiliates, or contributors. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only to identify and describe the servers and software this directory covers. Their use does not imply any endorsement.

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Discord login secure. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country to create an account here.

Anyone can submit a server, but a listing becomes public only after the submitter proves control of the server through our verification handshake. By listing a server, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to represent it, and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

We may hide, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, abandoned, fail verification, or break these terms.

You agree not to use EaglercraftServers to:

• post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content;
• list servers that distribute malware or attempt to phish or scam players;
• list servers you do not own or are not authorized to represent;
• impersonate another server, brand, or person;
• submit spam, fake player counts, or misleading descriptions;
• scrape, overload, or otherwise disrupt the service.

You keep ownership of the names, descriptions, icons, and banners you upload. By submitting them, you grant EaglercraftServers a non-exclusive license to host, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of running and promoting the directory. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Listed servers are operated by independent third parties. When you connect to one, you leave EaglercraftServers and interact with that server directly. Live player counts and status are gathered automatically and may be delayed or inaccurate. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, security, or availability of any server you connect to, nor for third-party services we rely on, such as Discord.

If you are a server owner, rights holder, or other interested party and believe a listing is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or should be corrected or removed, contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details. Because the directory consists of community-submitted, publicly relevant information, we review such requests in good faith and will correct or remove information where appropriate. We aim to resolve legitimate requests promptly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LISTING, ADDRESS, STATUS, OR PLAYER COUNT IS ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR TRUSTWORTHY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAGLERCRAFTSERVERS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVER YOU CONNECT TO THROUGH IT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EaglercraftServers and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of content you submit, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or the rights of others.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms.
